If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our work together, I encourage you to raise your concerns so we can address them.
Stage 1: Informal Resolution Initial Discussion: I invite you to raise any concerns directly with me during a session or via email/phone if comfortable
Collaborative Review: Many misunderstandings can be resolved safely through open therapeutic dialogue.
Clinical Supervision: With your permission, I may discuss the dynamics in my regular clinical supervision to find a positive way forward.
Stage 2: Formal Internal Complaint Written Submission: If an informal resolution is not possible or appropriate, please submit your complaint in writing via email.
Acknowledgement: I will formally acknowledge your written complaint within 5 working days and provide an overview of the review process.Investigation: I will thoroughly review your concern, consult my clinical supervisor, and review session records.Final Response: I will provide a comprehensive written response, including any proposed resolutions, within 28 working days.
Stage 3: External Escalation to the NCPS.
Unresolved Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with my final response, you have the right to escalate your complaint externally.
